Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how fees, cancellations, and our performance guarantee work for Creator Placements's creator marketing services. The controlling terms for any engagement are set out in the written service agreement you sign; where this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.

Program fees are non-refundable

Creator Placements is a done-with-you and done-for-you service. When you begin, we immediately commit time and resources — creator sourcing, onboarding, content briefing, tracking setup, and program management. Because the work starts right away, program fees are earned when paid and are non-refundable, including for partial months and for periods where you pause participation.

Our performance guarantee (your real protection)

Instead of refunds, we stand behind the work with a performance guarantee: within the term defined in your signed agreement, if the creators we place do not generate the results described in that agreement, we keep working at no additional program fee until they do. The guarantee is a commitment of continued work — not a cash refund — and its exact scope, timeframe, and conditions are defined solely in your signed agreement, not on this website.

What the guarantee does not cover

The guarantee excludes third-party costs you control or pay directly — such as advertising spend, product or sample costs, shipping, and platform fees — and assumes you have met your obligations under the agreement (for example, timely approvals, product availability, and a functioning checkout and tracking setup). Results depend on factors including your brand, offer, pricing, product, and market, which we do not control.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals as described in your agreement by giving written notice before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund fees already paid for the current or prior terms.

Billing questions and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at billing@creatorplacement.com and we will review it promptly. By entering into a paid engagement you agree to raise any billing concern with us directly before initiating a chargeback, so we have the opportunity to resolve it.
